Can I mix designs in one order?
Yes—send us the designs and approximate quantities you have in mind. We will confirm the available assortment and any design-specific requirements in your quotation.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities depend on the selected designs, packaging and any customisation. Tell us your preferred starting quantity and we will discuss a suitable order. There is no fixed website-wide minimum.
Can I request samples?
Include a sample request in your enquiry. Sample availability, costs and shipping will be confirmed before you commit.
How does wholesale pricing work?
We quote for your selection, quantities, packaging and destination. Your quotation will specify what is included, with freight, taxes and duties identified separately where applicable.
Can you supply buyers in the UK?
Yes. We supply UK retailers and brands and confirm shipping arrangements, destination requirements and lead times for each order. Include your delivery postcode so we can prepare an accurate quotation.
Do you accept Australian or US enquiries?
Yes. Select your destination in the enquiry form. Availability, shipping and product requirements are reviewed for that market before an order is agreed.
Can you create a custom design?
We welcome enquiries for artwork, branding, packaging and new designs. Feasibility, development costs, quantities and sample approval depend on the scope.
What age are these products suitable for?
Age grading and use instructions must be confirmed for the exact selected model. Ask for the relevant product information before ordering for a particular age group.
What documentation is available?
Tell us the exact products and destination you are considering. We will establish which model-specific specifications and supporting documents are available for review.
When will my order arrive?
Production and delivery timing depend on the designs, quantity, customisation and shipping method. We confirm the proposed schedule in your quotation.
